Hey,
on this website it is that, that “no” is the default answer for journal questions. But for me everyday everything is blank and I have to answer every question. If no was default, it would save me a lot of time. How can I cange this?

If the journal is showing up blank every day despite saving from the day before, it could be due to a few reasons:

The WHOOP Journal labels entries by the calendar day the behaviors occurred, not the day you fill them out. Make sure you are viewing the correct date in the Journal using the date picker at the top of the screen.

The Journal entries may not be saving properly. To troubleshoot this:

Ensure the Journal feature is enabled in the app settings.

Confirm the WHOOP app is updated to the latest version.

Try saving the journal entry with and without Wi-Fi to rule out connectivity issues.

Test saving a new entry with only basic behaviors to see if the issue persists.

If the app is not saving or displaying entries correctly, it might be a technical issue that requires further assistance.
