How long does it take for support to reach out?? I reached out about my whoop membership not being seen on my account (even though i just bought the whoop 5.0 annually) and that was last week and I still haven’t heard anything. I ended up having to re-purchase the annual membership just to be able to use my whoop even though i just bought the annual membership. I really hope someone gets back to me soon and can refund me for having to spend an additional 239 dollars…
