To update your WHOOP app, follow these quick steps:

  1. For iPhone (iOS):
  • Open the App Store on your device.
  • Tap your profile icon at the top right.
  • Scroll to see available updates, find “WHOOP,” and tap Update if it appears.

2. For Android:

  • Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
  • Tap your profile icon and choose “Manage apps & device.”
  • Look for “WHOOP” under available updates and tap Update if you see it.

Make sure your internet connection is strong during the update. Once that’s done, just open the updated app and you’ll have the latest features and bug fixes!
