I lost my sensor and I can not understand how can I buy the sensor from internet. There are bands for sale and batteries however sensor itself?

I have tried the 4.0 link, and I keep getting a 404 error. I have been emailing with the AI support, and I’ve been sent through a loop. How can I get a new whoop sensor?

Hi @mskerritt17 , you’ll need to be logged in to the whoop shop itself with your account, and the shop will only show access to the specific device you already have. Let me know if that works!
