How do I get my partners whoop on her account instead of mine

I have recently purchased two whoops on family pack for 1 year each.

However they have both been linked to my email and when I look at my membership it has it being renewed for 2 years.

When my partner goes to connect her whoop to her account it is asking for payment details even though I have payed for her 1 year.

How do I fix this why is it happening I have tried contacting whoop however the prompts the ai have given me does not lead to any kind of solution.

I am very disappointed with this product and the customer service so far. And have now read a lot of horror stories about whoop and has now got me worried about my purchase I feel like I have been scammed.

I’m having a very similar problem except my wife’s email who is the secondary member is the administrator and when I want to log in I also get the please enter credit card details. I have 2 devices and only one works or they both work and they both read the same as if they’re just a copy. So far I’ve had no help from Whoop and I have already wasted 2 weeks of a family membership. Why can’t a human be involved in rectifying the problems, instead of AI. Ai can’t fix it.
