How do I cancel a membership?

I am no longer using the product but cannot find how to cancel my membership so I do not get charged.

You can cancel your WHOOP membership anytime directly in the WHOOP app. Here’s how:

To cancel your membership:

  1. Open the WHOOP app

  2. Tap More in the bottom-right corner

  3. Select My Membership

  4. Choose Manage Membership

  5. Follow the prompts to complete your cancellation
