Here’s how you can upgrade your WHOOP and pay your subscription monthly:

Upgrading Your WHOOP:

  • Open the WHOOP app and go to the More tab.

  • Tap My Account, then select Membership and Billing.

  • Choose your preferred upgrade method (such as extending your membership or paying a one-time upgrade fee) and follow the prompts to complete the process.

  • If you’re already on the highest device tier (like WHOOP MG), further upgrades may not be available.

Monthly Subscription Payments:

  • If you’re already on a monthly plan, payments are charged automatically each month on your activation date.

  • You can continue with monthly payments until your subscription ends, then choose to renew monthly or switch to a 12-month plan.

  • To update your payment method, go to Billing Settings in the app or web portal.
