The thread I found to do that doesn’t match my app experience. When I click on Today’s Activities, all I get is a day-long heart rate chart, not an option to share a workout.
Hey @meggorock,
WHOOP doesn’t currently let you share regular activities directly with friends the way you can with Strength Trainer workouts. If you want to connect with others, a good option is joining Public or Private WHOOP Teams. These are groups organized around activities or occupations, where you can see and compare Strain, Sleep, and Recovery data with people who share your interests. Or you can create a team with just friends or family.
If you’d like to share a specific run with a friend, the easiest way is to send them a screenshot or summary from the WHOOP app.
Strength Trainer workouts, on the other hand, can be shared directly. Just open My Workouts, tap the three dots next to the one you want to share, and hit “Share.” You can send it as a text or QR code. Your friend can open the link or scan the code, and the workout will appear in their My Workouts tab.
This is super restrictive for anyone who has a trainer and is working a holistic program, not just strength. I hope Whoop will consider changing this. It would be a great way to expose trainers to this platform.
