How can i replace whoop if i cant connect to bluetooth

i dont understand how can i get proper support from the team

i would like to use whoop but i cant connect it

i think to switch to oura if such a terrible support here(

Charge the sensor
• Slide the battery pack onto the strap and leave it connected for at least 15 minutes.
• You should see the charger’s LED illuminate. If it doesn’t, try a different power outlet or USB-C cable.

Wake the sensor
• After charging, keep the battery pack on the strap. A pulsing blue light on the sensor’s side means it’s ready to pair.
• If there’s still no blue light, remove the strap from your wrist, wait until the green LEDs underneath turn off, then:

Enter manual pairing mode
• Hold the sensor by its sides (so you don’t trigger the green LEDs).
• Firmly tap the top of the sensor with two fingers, continuously, until only blue LEDs flash.
• If you see blue + white lights, keep tapping until only blue lights remain.

Pair in the WHOOP app
• Open the WHOOP app → Device Settings (tap the strap icon) → Advanced → Pair a Device, then select your sensor ID when it appears.
• Accept any Bluetooth pairing prompts.

Final checks if it still won’t pair
• Forget any old WHOOP devices in your phone’s Bluetooth settings and restart the phone.
• Ensure Bluetooth (and, on Android, Location services) are switched on for the WHOOP app.
• Verify that your phone’s operating system and WHOOP app are fully updated.
