How can I activate the membership on app

I am new in whoop so I don’t know how I can activate the membership that I already paid for

Great to hear you’ve got your WHOOP membership!! Once you have downloaded the app, here’s what to do next:

  1. Open the WHOOP app and either create a new account or log in if you already have one.

  2. If you have a WHOOP device, make sure it is charged and ready to pair. For WHOOP 4.0, slide the charged battery pack onto the sensor to wake it up—the LED should flash blue.

  3. In the app, tap “Pair New Device” and select your WHOOP device when it appears. Make sure to allow Bluetooth access when prompted.

  4. Follow the in-app prompts to complete setup and start tracking your health and fitness data.

I am disappointed because it give me 1 month free and my bundle that I paid for not working (life)

I have the same issue with my new peak annual bundle. I can’t activate it…
