Some years ago a friend of mine has lent me his older whoop device for a free monthly trial, I used it but never renewed it and gave it back.
Recently I was thinking about renewing my subscription and getting the new device, however I was wondering, if I renew my subscription where can I get the 5.0 device, as after looking at several places I couldn’t find the option to buy it?

When you renew your WHOOP membership, no new hardware is automatically sent with a standard renewal.
If you’re interested in upgrading, like switching from WHOOP 4.0 to WHOOP 5.0 or to WHOOP Life, you might get new hardware as part of that upgrade. Just a heads-up: upgrades usually involve either extending your membership or paying a one-time fee, and then we’ll ship the new device your way.
If you aren’t upgrading your membership, you can buy a new WHOOP device. You can find links to all WHOOP straps (which contain the sensor as well) in this support article.

I got a used WHOOP for the 30 day trial period, however once I changed to a membership I was told I was going to receive a new one, which I never did, and cannot find an easy way to request it. The one I got for the trial already looked old and heavily used. Can you help me?
