HOOP Device Not Connecting to App – Assistance Required

I am currently experiencing an issue with my WHOOP device not connecting to the application. While Bluetooth appears to be functioning correctly, the device is not pairing within the WHOOP app.

I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restarted my phone

  • Turned Bluetooth off and on, and reconnected

  • Forgot and re-paired the device

  • Deleted and reinstalled the application

Despite these efforts, the issue still persists.
