Hi. Anyone had their whoop 5.0 die on them?

Tried all the steps recommended on the app and by the AI support team and yet my whoop is still unresponsive( tapping does not bring the blue light on nor can my iPhone Bluetooth see it as a device to connect to). My Whoop seems like dead. Also my charger has the green light on and off while charging and lit continuously when totally charged. So it seems to work properly. As recommended I connected the powered charger to my device twice and still, No blue light at both times Thanks for any advice.

Contact support; they’ve issued me a replacement device. This is a widespread issue that the company is keeping quiet about.

Me too had the same issue,informed whoop support and they give replacement but the thing is that still waiting for the device it tools long time

Same here. My whoop just died .. no signal, no nothing.

I am sorry you experienced the same weird situation. However here is the good news: the whoop team has been excellent in responding to my request( after I did all the steps recommended by the AI support, I asked for a replacement) and promptly dispatching my new Whoop. I did however supply a video of all the pieces and what I was seeing (or not seeing).

Yes I’m in my 2nd month and sfter 2 weeks of only charging to 9% it is no longer active, my wrist band won’t connect or sync with my plug in charger. What should I do. Need a CSR to call me 512-422-6232 and let’s figure out if its the charger or the wrist band or both. Thank you
