Heart rate not measured correctly while running with bicep band

Hi,

I am using the WHOOP with the bicep band and I noticed that during running the heart rate is not tracked correctly. For example, when I do intervals it sometimes shows realistic values like 170 bpm in one interval, but then only 135 bpm in the next while I was still completely exhausted and could barely stand. When cycling or doing other activities the tracking works fine, but running often gives wrong or unstable results. Is there anything I can do to improve the accuracy?

Same issue for me. I have written to support and have been told it is a placement issue and there is nothing else to do. It’s gotten to the point where I do not trust any data whoop provides and will not renew my membership unless they can make obvious strides towards fixing the issues.
