I find Healthspan really motivating! Great feature.
While I can track some of the goals - HR zones, sleep amount, sleep consistency, etc. - why can’t I track minutes doing strength training in the last 30 days and 6 months? It’s frustrating to manually add my amounts when it should just track it for me. In short, please improve tracking progress on Healthspan goals versus waiting for the Sunday update
Agree with other commenters - Steps and HRV definitely needs some work - it’d be nice to just upload Apple Watch steps until that gets better.
