Green battery but whoop not taking a charge

Hi, I upgraded to the MG a few months back, but my whoop will not charge. I haven’t had any issues like this before. The battery pack is showing green like it is fully charged, but my Whoop does not say charging within my iphone app and is now dead. Please help!

I have done all the recommended steps from Whoop support. The portable charger is plugged in and green, I’ve run the firmware update (which appears is only for a 4.0 and there isnt one for a 5.0). It feels like it might be an issue with the actual charger connecting to my Whoop for a charge. Would love assistance

Thank you @Durkin . That link directs me to a page that in unavailable, but I did get an email that you logged the support case, appreciate it. I’ve been a Whoop member for a very long time- 6+ years I believe. I haven’t had any issues, but its becoming hard the justify the cost to buy a battery pack when I upgraded a few months back. I also don’t know is that will resolve the issue. Please let me know the fastest way to start using whoop again. I didn’t realize how much I relied on it until I couldnt access the data! Thanks

I havent been able to use my Whoop for 2 months :frowning:

Years ago, I received complimentary bands or chargers on an annual basis. Is that no longer an option? I just need a new charger (I think). Or a completely new Whoop because it does not take a charge anymore. PLEASE ADVISE!
