Hey everyone, my friend is giving back the WHOOP because he didn’t like how it made him sleep for whatever reason. I had the one-year membership bought in when he received it. Is there any way I can get this transferred to me? I feel like it’s money out the window I’d just be re-buying if I have to the annual membership again.

Unfortunately, WHOOP memberships are non-transferable, so it isn’t possible to move your one-year membership to another person, even if you give them the device. Each membership is tied to the original account for accurate health and fitness tracking.
However, your friend can return the WHOOP device and cancel the membership for a full refund (minus shipping costs) if the return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the device. To start the return, your friend should log in to their account at app.whoop.com, go to Membership > Returns, and follow the steps provided.
