Hi, I used the gift option in the app and then order a life subscription. I changed the shipping address to the person that needs to receive it but my email is still connectes to this gift. How is this gift membership being linked to her email now? Will this go automatically when she pairs the received device with her whoop account ? Or is the membership tied to my email address now? Hi Alex! As long as you selected the “gift” option at checkout, you’re all set. When the recipient receives the device, they’ll simply need to create their own account with their email address, and the gifted membership will automatically sync to their account.
Hi, I used the gift link in the whoop app, then selected life etc, but during checkout I only saw a promo code field and option to change billing address. Is there any way to see based on the ordernumber if it is labelled as a gift? Thanks again!
