Gift Card Code not working

Greetings,

I upgraded my device to 5.0 and gave my old 4.0 to a friend, and after she subscribed I got the gift card code, however when I try to use it says “The discount code does not match the items in your cart.”

what does that mean and how do i fix it

To fix this:

  1. Double-check that your cart only contains eligible accessories.
