Hi , I bought my father a gift membership and a new whoop as he’s new to the product , however when I gave it to him he went ahead and created his account with a different email than the one I put down as the gift recipient (so the gifted membership never appeared) and then worse again he bought another 12 month’s membership, I’m wondering what is easier cancel his current membership and create a new account using my gift or contacting whoop and getting a refund on my un touched gift code . I, personally, went through a similar situation, having been gifted my WHOOP, from my parents’ Amazon purchase, for my bday… I simply contacted support and they resolved the issue very quickly and seamlessly (I don’t remember exactly, but within less than a few hours response time, considering I also sent my inquiry late at night).
