Got an email that I can upgrade for free to whoop 5 but when I go to my whoop it doesn’t give me that option. How can I upgrade for free?

If you have 12 months or more remaining on your membership, you’re eligible for a free upgrade to WHOOP 5.0 (Peak). This fee waiver is automatically applied during the upgrade process in the app or on the upgrade website.

To upgrade, open the WHOOP app, go to the More tab, select My Account, then Membership & Billing, and choose your upgrade option. If you’re eligible, the $49 upgrade fee will be waived automatically at checkout.

If you’re on a trial, you’ll need to convert to a full membership before you can upgrade for free.
If you’re not seeing the free upgrade option and believe you meet the eligibility requirements, please double-check that you’re logged into your account and that your membership has at least 12 months remaining.
