Free trial to Membership

Hi

I had a free trial and wanted to upgrade to the One-membership. I accidentally upgraded to the Peak-membership and wanted it to be downgraded to the One from today and not in a year. I have texted the support email a dozen times and always the same AI- generated answer. If i can’t downgrade my membership and get a refund, how do i get the upgraded Whoop-band and wireless charger?

Do i send this pre-owned whoop band back and then get the new one, although i already paid?

I feel like the process of upgrading is really chaotic and no real help from anyone

No real help with the support email and no phone line?

Some real person from Whoop, please help me with my situation

You don’t get the wireless charger and band if you go from trial to Peak, you have to end the trial, send it back and just order a peak.
