Hey Whoop community, I am having a confusion about returning my whoop device. So I have cancelled the free trial and got return labels, however I did not get the qr code which can be scanned to print out labels in post office, so is there any ways to get that qr code?
Hey there! If you didn’t receive a QR code with your return label, it typically means the label was provided as a downloadable/printable file instead. In this case, you would need to print the label yourself and attach it to the package before dropping it off.
