An unauthorised order was made on my whoop account and delivered. I was actually in the middle of a gym class, abroad with no access to the internet at the time of purchase. Two pink superknits were ordered and mailed to my house - I never placed this order. How are whoop or someone making unauthorised purchases on my card and account? looking through reddit, this has occured before. I only just ordered a new strap in july, I wouldn’t order two more and of the same colour. I have emailed and had no response from whoop.
