Hi WHOOP Team,
I had suggestion regarding making the reccomendations from sleep coach more actionable / visible:
- The reccomended sleep coach bedtime as loack screen widget would be extremely helpful as reminder on when our upcoming bedtime is and if it has changed due to the days strain.
- An integration with calendar apps that creates a sleep event every day, that changes based on the reccomended bed time for the day. This would allow users to know how early to end their work days directly on their calendar and further ensure that they are able to prioritise their sleep.
