Feature Request: Workout Notes, Rest Timer & Tap Controls

I’d love to suggest a few feature improvements that would make training much easier:

  1. A notes field inside each custom workout, so I can write things like “keep this weight the same as last time” or add quick reminders.

  2. A customizable rest timer during workouts, so I can set something like 2 minutes and have WHOOP buzz when time is up.

  3. A faster way to mark sets and rest using the WHOOP device itself, like a tap to start a set and another tap to start rest, so I do not have to keep grabbing my phone.

These changes would make the workout experience much smoother. Thanks for considering it.
