I think I really good addition to the Strength Trainer feature would be some way to create a workout, via WHOOP Coach AI, by uploading a screenshot of a workout plan (e.g. perhaps you get a push-day workout prescribed via another app or source) and the AI then curates that workout by auto-adding the individual exercises from the screenshot into WHOOP Strength Trainer. There’s less-developed apps, such as Ryse, that already are able to do this with AI input + a screenshot, so I would imagine WHOOP could implement something like this?

Strength Trainer today is focused on quantifying muscular load and recovery, so smarter ways to bring in workouts from outside sources are very much in line with where members are trying to go with it. We appreciate the feedback and will pass it along to our product team.
