Feature Request: sleep aid by audio playbacks

Hi,

I would like to place a feature request referring to sleep aid:

Please introduce audio playbacks with meditation, auditive training, muscle relaxation training, and so on which helps the user to fall asleep. Then, when whoop recognizes that the user was falling asleep, it can turn the audio playback off or even say “Good night, have a nice sleep”. Or it could ask the user for a feedback whether it should continue. This could prevent that the audio continues for longer time and then wakes the user up again.

How this is helping? My current situation:

From a health insurance I got a free access to an app called Coach:N. In this app, I have some of these audio playbacks available and recognized a lot of times that these can help me to stop thinking about issues at the evening or even when waking up in the night and to fall asleep again. Unfortunately, the playback doesn’t automatically stop and wakes me up again from time to time. However, you have the proper tool to analyze for sleep and stop the audio, if it is played within your app, itself.

Thanks for considering

This is a really thoughtful suggestion! I’d use this myself. The tie-in between sleep detection and audio playback makes a ton of sense, especially to avoid the problem you mentioned of audio running too long and disrupting rest.

Thanks for sharing, we’ll pass this to our product team.
