As a Whoop 5.0 Peak user, I find the current method of logging water intake via the morning Journal too retrospective. To optimize recovery in real-time, I would love to see a dedicated Hydration Tracker within the app.
Key features requested:

Direct Logging: An easy way to log water intake throughout the day.

Apple Health Integration: Two-way sync (especially ‘Write’ access) so that water logged in Whoop appears in Apple Health and vice versa.

iOS Widget: A Quick-Log widget for the iPhone home/lock screen to add water without opening the app.
This would bridge a major gap in daily health management and make the ‘Peak’ experience feel much more integrated.
