I’ve been using Strength Trainer for circuit workouts (5 exercises rotating through) and the current workflow is clunky.
Right now, I can make it work by swiping back and manually starting a different exercise each time, but this is error prone and requires too much fiddling with my phone mid-workout. I’ve attached a screen recording showing what I mean.
What I’d love to see: The ability to group exercises into a circuit so the app automatically prompts me for the next exercise in the rotation. Complete exercise 1, tap to finish the set, and it moves me to exercise 2, cycling through all of them until the circuit is done.
The phone and app should be a support to the workout, not a distraction I need to fiddle with between every set. The current superset functionality doesn’t quite solve this for circuits with more than two exercises.
Is anyone else doing circuit training and running into this? And is there a better way to set this up that I’m missing?
