I’d love a feature that helps me take short “micro breaks” during the day to reduce stress and support HRV, similar to how Sleep Planner helps with nights.
Idea:
- Allow members to schedule 3–5 micro‑break reminders per day (e.g., morning, midday, afternoon, evening).
- Each reminder could:
- Trigger a phone notification (and optionally a gentle haptic on the device, if supported).
- Deep‑link directly into a guided breathwork session in Stress Monitor (e.g., 2–5 minutes of breathing).
- Option to:
- Choose number of breaks per day.
- Set quiet hours.
- See a simple “micro‑break streak / completion” summary for the day or week.
Why it helps:
- Many members (like me) are trying to improve HRV and stress levels, but it’s easy to forget breathwork during busy days.
- WHOOP already measures Stress, HRV, and Recovery, so pairing that with structured micro‑break reminders would turn insights into simple, actionable behavior.
