Hi - It seems that the increase alertness pacer speed is too slow, particularly when you see the demo from Kristen and Huberman. I frequently lower my stress score because the pacer seems to encourage slower/deeper breathing. Could you consider providing options to set the speed, or at least significantly increase the pacer speed?
