I really wish WHOOP would let us start and end sets by double-tapping or triple-tapping the device instead of having to use the phone every time.
When I’m lifting, it’s annoying to keep picking up my phone between sets, especially if my hands are sweaty, I’m using chalk, or I’m moving around the gym. A simple tap gesture on the WHOOP would make Strength Trainer feel way smoother and more natural.
Feels like a small change, but it would make the feature much more practical during real workouts.
