I’ve noticed that the current sleep performance metric caps at 100%, even when actual sleep exceeds the calculated need. For instance, if my target is seven hours but I sleep nine, the system still reports “100%,” which obscures potentially meaningful data.
Would it be possible to extend the metric so that sleep beyond the calculated requirement is reflected—either as a percentage exceeding 100% or as an additional quantitative measure? This would offer a more nuanced understanding of sleep patterns and recovery trends.
