Hi WHOOP team,
I’d love an option for HR Zone time to be calculated from all-day heart rate, not just during logged activities. Right now, only activities count toward HR Zones 1–3 and 4–5, but a lot of my meaningful cardio (e.g., long walks, manual labor, casual sports, commuting by foot/bike, even walking up multiple flights of stairs, carrying heavy objects for short durations) doesn’t always get logged as an “activity.”
A toggle like “Include non-activity HR in HR Zones” or a separate metric for “total daily time in Zones 1–3 / 4–5” would make it much easier to see my true weekly moderate/vigorous minutes and align with public health guidelines.
