I have asked this directly to support. No real response to the idea. I suspect the fear is if they say yes it’s an admittance of a poor device, I have written countless post on the subject, this is the most recent that falls on deaf ears. The last comment is the same suggestion as you. Whoop 5/MG HR is just awful.
