Feature Request: A dedicated Workout History & Overview

One feature I’m really missing in WHOOP is a comprehensive overview of all my workouts.

I’d love to have a dedicated section where I can see my entire training history at a glance — similar to the way Apple Fitness presents workouts.

For example:

  • :date: Calendar view showing which days I trained
  • :person_lifting_weights: All strength workouts in one place
  • :person_biking: Cycling, :person_running: running, :person_swimming: swimming, etc. clearly categorized
  • :stopwatch: Duration, strain, calories, HR and other key metrics
  • :chart_increasing: Weekly/monthly/yearly workout volume and trends
  • :magnifying_glass_tilted_right: Ability to filter by activity type
  • :bar_chart: Quick comparison of training volume over time

WHOOP already collects an incredible amount of workout data, but currently it feels like the historical overview is somewhat fragmented.

I don’t necessarily need another detailed analytics dashboard — I’d mainly like a simple, visual “What have I actually done?” overview of my training history.

Apple Fitness does this really well, and I think a WHOOP version could be even more useful because WHOOP could combine the workout history with Strain, Recovery and Sleep.

This would make it much easier to look back over weeks or months and understand how consistently I’ve been training and how my training load has evolved.

Would love to see something like this in a future update!

I just made a post about this to reinforce the idea. This is a must-have feature that quite frankly every device on the market that catogorizez itself as a fitness tracker has.
