Feature idea: Correlate outside temperature for HR and HRV

Since Whoop coach outlook (beta v3.0) was described as taking the weather daily into consideration i wonder if it would be possible to record it so it can be used to correlate with HR/HRV or even recovery without using journal itself, this will be interestnig specially on the heat acclimatisation now that summer is coming

I already had that in garmin and is quite cool see how my HRV just dropped a lot during a suddenly heat wave we had here during a week and through the week the HRV went up and also garmin was saying the accimatization went from 0% to 20 and then 40…, till 70% during my runs on each day.

I think it’s something quite easy to do from a software standpoint and would add much value to Whoop to promote all these summer variations… but well it’s up to you guys to implement it

Remebered it reading Marco Altini article about it and is something easy to do… tried ask coach but he says he can only know the weather for the day itself sadly ask me to do it on my own

That’d be so sick. What a great idea. I’d love to hear what @Durkin thinks about this

Why hasn’t this feature already been incorporated? I live in Dubai and only play outside sports, and sometimes in 40* degree Celsius heat. This should be taken into account. We should be able to choose outdoor / indoor and time of day taken into consideration. It’s a simple change that affects the majority of Whoop users in the Middle East and in other extreme climates
