Family Plan issues

I bought the family membership for me and my partner and the onboarding process is absolutely terrible. We both logged in but I was unable to invite them as a member on my plan, and no emails were flowing through. Then the AI-support told me to clear the cache/data on my app and attempt a reinstall, after which when I tried to login, it seemed like my account was not recognized and I had to re-register.

It also didn’t recognize that I had the family plan and it was asking for my payment information all over again. This is extremely frustrating and I can’t seem to get in contact with an actual human that can help me with this issue.

Is there someone here that can help me recover my account and actually get my family on my plan? This is ridiculous.

In addition to this, every time I (the admin) try to log into the Whoop app now, it asks me to set a new user name every single time, when I’ve already done this TWICE!

Me and my partner are extremely frustrated with this onboarding and genuinely just need someone to help us sort this out please, as we would much rather be using our whoop and put this onboarding experience behind us.
