Extremely Inaccurate sleep tracking

Hello! My sleep tracking is extremely inaccurate. I have terrible insomnia, and purchased this for the purpose of improving my sleep. But the tracking is not even remotely close. Have been wearing it for 60 days hoping accuracy would improve. It nightly shows me as asleep during periods when I was awake for several hours. Any suggestions for improving accuracy? Or recommendations for a better tracker?

Also, yes it is snug - when I move it to a different place on my wrist I see an impression in my skin - so it’s not too loose

It happens to me too - I’m also a very bad sleeper.

I think it may be due to WHOOP not being able to detect the difference between a resting heartrate and a sleeping heartrate - but what you can do is to manually edit the sleep and wake times post event.

I’m not sure if this improves WHOOP’s ability to recognise your sleep moving forwards, but at least the analysis will be based on all the sleep you had (such as it is)
