I woke with strain at 20 and a recovery of 3%! Device auto-detected hours of extreme YOGA whileI was sleeping. Is this a known issue? I tried deleting, but as you probably know, this can,t be done. I also tried to edit my sleep hours the real amount spent in bed, but kept getting this error after I confirmed overwrite. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m very frustrated!
