Email support should NOT be AI

I have an issue (see sleep). I used in-app AI and tried all suggestions. Ultimately in-app AI support suggested I contact Whoop support by email.

I took the time to do this, as in-app AI suggested they (assuming “they’” are actual human beings), can manually remedy the issue.

I then got a reply from “support” saying exactly what in-all support said.

It was AI generated.

Why do you (Whoop) waste my time and energy in seeking additional support, only to find the same automated reply which doesnt provide any support whatsoever.

This is a free trial, also a waste of postage.

At this rate, I am moving towards apple watch or auora ring.
