I have recently purchased the whoop 4.0 device from flipkart in India and activated my membership today. Am i elgibile for the free upgrade to whoop 5.0 as when I’m trying to upgrade it is asking me to pay the upgrade fee (INR 4990).

The upgrade process typically involves either extending your membership or paying a one-time upgrade fee. In your case, the INR 4990 fee is required unless you choose a membership extension option that may waive the fee.
