This morning at around 7:28 AM, I woke up and connected my WHOOP sensor to the battery pack while it was on my wrist. I immediately felt an electric shock at my wrist. Since then I’ve had a strong burning sensation at the contact area.
I have stopped using the device and removed the sensor and battery pack. The skin on my wrist is red and burning, as shown in the attached photo.
Please advise on next steps and inspect the device and battery pack for safety. I would also like to know how WHOOP will take responsibility for this incident.
