This morning at around 7:28 AM, I woke up and connected my WHOOP sensor to the battery pack while it was on my wrist. I immediately felt an electric shock at my wrist. Since then I’ve had a strong burning sensation at the contact area.
I have stopped using the device and removed the sensor and battery pack. The skin on my wrist is red and burning, as shown in the attached photo.
Please advise on next steps and inspect the device and battery pack for safety. I would also like to know how WHOOP will take responsibility for this incident.

Yes, I got shocked by an electric watch, and even now I still experience issues sometimes. I contacted the company about this incident, and they replied saying they would send me a new watch. But it’s been six months now and they haven’t replied or done anything at all. I recommend you this supplier—not that it helps you at all.
