My active WHOOP account is under nathanisunny2016@gmail.com — please do not make any changes to this one. I’m only mentioning it so you can see this was a genuine login error.
When I changed my phone last month, I accidentally logged in with the wrong email (snathani2016@gmail.com), which created a duplicate membership. I have not used or logged into this duplicate account at all, and I never received any email about a trial ending.
I was charged today (Nov 30, 2025) for this duplicate membership.
Could you please cancel the membership associated with snathani2016@gmail and issue a refund for today’s charge, while keeping my main account under nathanisunny2016@gmail active and unchanged?
