Is WHOOP Coach always using ChatGPT’s newest model? Or does it only use the model it was built on? I’m assuming that as ChatGPT continues to get better that the coach will continue to get better.
WHOOP coach uses a collection of LLMs. We are constantly running internal evals and comparing that to cost and value to make sure we use the best one for helping you understand your WHOOP data and to continue to get healthier.
