Whoop’s customer support is awful. The worst company I have dealt with. After having an issue, I asked to cancel. They did so, and in doing so completely deactivated my membership, and didn’t give me access to the remaining months I had already paid for. They refused to acknowledge this and basically told me that if I wanted to continue with access, I had to pay. But I had already paid for those months. Avoid a subscription with this company at all costs. The new product is also very disappointing. Really not worth it.
