Hello, my sister bought a 1-year 5.0 MG Life membership for me using her own email ID.
After receipt of the new band, i have connected it to my account via Bluetooth.
There is no issue in connectivity, however it says that the membership is expired.
How do i resolve this issue? i have the receipt, payment copy etc. etc. and i have opened the box myself so it has only been connected once to my email account directly.
