Hi everyone,
I started my WHOOP annual membership on May 24, 2025. According to WHOOP’s upgrade policy, members with at least 12 months remaining in their subscription were supposed to receive the WHOOP 5.0 device for free.
However, I haven’t received the upgrade yet. Has anyone else experienced this or know the best way to get the new device? I’ve already contacted support.
