I clicked through buttons in the app to upgrade to mg, but a 5.0 was billed and sent. Of course, now they want me to pay again and upgrade again. Customer support won’t help me exchange it. My only option is to return it, which also cancels the membership. So, I think I’m leaving whoop for good out of frustration. Just wondering if this happened to anyone else?
